CFwAll option not working on second line

Hi,

 

Im not able to use the option CFwAll option from the second line or the third line of the IP Phone. This option is grayed out.

However Im able to do it successfully from the first line. Please confirm if this can ba achieved.

Phone Model : 7965

CFwAll  is only supported on the first line on 79XX model phones.  As an alternative you could forward it via CUCM GUI or set up Single Number Reach on the other numbers.
