CFwdALL can't assign outside numbers

hello dears,

 

we are having three ranges of extensions 4xxx, 7xxx and 9xxx.

 

users those having extensions of 7XXX  they cannot enable CFwdALL for there mobile phone numbers. it only allow to forward to internal extensions ( 4XXX,7XXX and 9XXX ).

 

did you faced this issue ?

Hello,

You will need to check that the CSS (Calling Search Space) that you have assigned on the line of the user(s) permits calling to mobile numbers.

In order to do this, you will need to go to the each line (extension) and check at the "Call Forward and Pickup Settings" the Calling Search Space of the "Forward All", check example belowcss.png
