how do i change the MOH for every phone on the CCM6.1.2.
in 5.1.3 i could do that on the device pool, but that option is not available in 6.1.2
please help

Yes you can. Please refer to this link:

You can select BAT--> Phones--> Update Phones and do a query for the phones you want to update. Then on the " Field Descriptions for Update Phones" section you will find the User Hold Audio Source and Network Hold Audio Source.

If you had previously configured MOH source with your device-pool these will have all been migrated as common device configuration templates.
These are located under Device\Device Settings. These templates or profiles will have been assigned to you phone.

Hi!
Go to Device--> Device Settings--> Common device configuration and there you will be able to define a common MOH for the phones.

or, simply use BAT to change the MOH for all phones at the device or line level

can i use BAT tool to change all the MOH only?
i have used bat to import phones into CM
