Change the order of name in Corporate Directory

Dear all,

The format of the name of user shown in Corporate Directory is lastname, firstname. For example : Wang (lastname), Bill (firstname). How to change that order? So that the name shown is firstname, lastname. I'm using CUCM 7.1.5. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi Triandi,

Please check under CUCM - System - LDAP - LDAP Directory - Select the LDAP directory - User Fields To Be Synchronized

You should be able to swap the CUCM - LDAP fields here
