How do I change the IP address in the Call Manager section on a CP-8821? I need to change Server 1 and Server 2's IP addresses.

The phone gets this information from CM and it is controlled by what nodes there are in the CMG, Call Manager Group, that is assigned to the device pool that the device is assigned to.

Yes. You can do that from the device itself by overriding the configuration received from CM. Normally the configuration on the phone is locked, so you’d need to unlock it before you can alter it. All this is well documented in the device configuration guide.
