Have the 2851 cisco with cme 7.1
I have to dial-peers to external trunks. To one dial-peer calls going through prefix 9 and another to prefix 5. We have 5 sccp phones that should can go only through dial-peer with prefix 5. So I want to change first digit dialed on these phones to digit 5, so these phones go through dial-peer with 5 prefix.
Trying to do:

voice translation-rule 18
rule 1 /^9/ /5/
...
voice translation-profile 18
translate called 18
...
ephone-dn 2 dual-line #this is dn from on of sccp phones
translation-profile outgoing 18
....
But nothing happens with this phone.
Please, help me.
