I am having an issue with a single client. Win 10 corporate load. When onsite either on wireless or hardwired CIPC client loads, no issues. When client is offsite connected through VPN the CIPC client does not fully load, you get a greyed out/larger version of the CIPC client.
I have tried versions 8.6.6.1 and 8.6.6.17. Verified client's computer can communicate with TFTP servers over VPN, and am getting phone's VPN IP address and client version number but no registration on CUCM. Again this is one of several hundred having the issue. Thoughts?
