Hello,
We recently migrated from MGCP to SIP. The problem is that now only the hard phones can make outbound calls but not the soft phones. They both have the same CSS which means that once the hard phones can dial out the soft phones should be able to also. Thanks in advance.

Please post "debug ccsip messages" from the SIP GW for call from hard phone and soft phone.
What are you getting on the soft phone, fast busy, telco message, CUCM announciator message?

What is the symptom when dialing from IPC?
Have you run a DNA against the IPC number to make sure that it's getting out correctly?

could you check DNA and debug csip messages.It may be codec related issues.
