I have CIPC 8.6 installed on Win 7 laptop using Cisco VPN into the company. I can not get it to register. It just keeps saying configuring IP...
Help needed.

Have you already verified you can reach CUCM, and basic connectivity??
That your VPN has routing to CUCM??

IT does download the CTL file from the CUCM but then nothing.......

Can you download the phone's config file via a TFTP client on the same PC while connected to the VPN?

I dont know. I dont have a TFTP client on my laptop.
