Cisco 4221 - Support PVDM4?

I have a customer that bought a Cisco 4221 and installed the PVDM4 on it. I can not see the PVDM in the router and searching over the Cisco Database, the Cisco 4221 does not support PVDM and dont have slot for that.

Also Im trying to get a IOS  3.10 for the c4221 but I dont see that any exist

Can someone confirm?  Thanks!!

Q. How many PVDM slots are present on the motherboard?­

A. There is only one PVDM slot on the motherboard across the Cisco 4000 Series. And the TDM cards CANNOT use the motherboard PVDMs.

The 4221 does not have any PVDM slot.

You cannot have a PVDM on the mobo since there are no ISC slots on a ISR 4221. Check for any NIM cards. That is where you can have the PVDM4. It would be screwed on top of the NIM so it should not be hard to find it.
