Hello,
"Can anyone of you guys tell us Cisco IP Phone Series 6900 and 7900 functionally work with CUCM Ver. 11.x ?
If it's then do we need to add any cop file during configuration?
Are the last licenses of Communication Manager 8.6.x will work finely with CUCM 11.x or its has to be migrated or Upgraded; if its yes then what is the best path of upgrading in terms of Licenses/ Software and how we process the changes in CCW?"
Regards,
Anand

For the licensing thing, refer to below link, holds true for v11 as well. ELM will ofcourse be replaced with PLM

Thanks Deepak,
Its seems the Process like this ...
CUCM 8.6.x---> CUCM 9.x
CUCM 9.x------> CUCM 11.x
Isn't it?

Why will you do like that, you can directly upgrade from 8.x to 11 will be a Refresh Upgrade though (COP file required). Refer to CUCM upgrade guide for more details

Deepak,
cop file needed in installation; in Pre sales process we have to include the component in CCW, as you know cop file in not a part of CCW, it's just part of deployment process.In CCW we can't show cop file :).
Anyway we can't upgrade from CUCM 8 to 11.
First CUCM 8 will upgrade in 9.x or 10.1-10.5
then it can upgrade in 9.x-->11.x
or 10.x--->11.0

If this questions are geared toward what do I order in CCW for the upgrade, this is the wrong place, CSC is mostly a technical forum, your questions, should be directed to the pre-sales team.
Also COP files will NEVER show in CCW, those are available on cisco.com, I'm surprised you're trying to find them there...
As to the technical process

And make sure to thoroughly review the relevant documentation, there's absolutely nothing you need to do regarding COP files to support those phones on CUCM 11.x.
You DO require COP files for the upgrade procedure.
