Recently upgraded 6941 ip phones for a client from SCCP69xx.9-2-1-0 to SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3. The time is now several hours ahead. No changes have been made to CUCM or NTP Servers. Has anyone ever experienced and taken steps to fix this issue.

Hi there
Can you check your CUCM NTP Status. If your NTP associations are good. then most likely its a firmware issue. Whats the behavior if you use a different firmware.
I found a similar issue with a community member with CME and the same firmware for time mismatch. no solutions though

Hope this Helps

Hi Kumar,
The NTP Associations seem to be fine, the firmware utilized before upgrade was SCCP69xx.9-2-1-0, didn't have any problem with time synchronization. Only when firmware was upgraded this issue occurred.
