Hello all,
We have several 6941 IP phones configured on CUCM using the SCCP protocol. Some of the phones are not showing the proper timezone. All the phones are running SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3 firmware load. We have cross-checked the config of working and non-working phones. and created some test date/time groups. but showing different times. We set the time zone to Asia/Kolkata, the actual time was 16.05 but the IP phone showed 10.31 AM.
The device is running with the latest firmware. Can anyone suggest what can be done to rectify this issue.
Attaching config files

If the phones have the same config, same firmware level, and are showing different times I would check/clear the ITL file on the phone. If the thumbprint doesn’t match between working and non-working phone the latter is not accepting the updated config files from CUCM.
Also, do you have real NTPv4 servers in your Date/Time Group or are phones inferring time from received SIP packet time stamps from CUCM? If the latter, ensure all servers in the cluster have valid/synced time.

We tried resetting/clearing the ITL file and issue still persist. Can anyone suggest is there any chance to rectify this if I change the phone protocol to SIP. As the sip phones will use phone ntp reference directly.
