On your SW core you can ping 10.100.5.17 with source-add 10.73.1.252

If you want to register SIP Phones and if their IP range is "unknown" on the CME you need to configure the trusted list in order to register your SIP phone. Their considered as remote endpoint.
You need also username and password on your voice register pool.

I found difficulties in SIP registration when i didn't configure the ntp-server command on my voice register global.

Best Regards.

I can ping normally from core sw  and vice versa

The IP 10.73.1.252 is an IP of int vlan on core SW

I don't know really what is the problem ?

Can you help me with this problem sir @R0g22

I checked the logs that you sent, looks fine to me from a TFTP perspective. Have the following enabled -

debug voice register events
debug voice register error
debug ccsip error
debug ccsip message
debug ccsip non-call
debug tftp event

Reboot the phone and wait for a couple of minutes. Copy the logs in a text file and send them across.
Also, you still have the changes in place that I suggested initially for the authentication etc ?

There are nothing appears when I wrote the debug commands

Here are the configuration @R0g22

Do the following and then check again -

no logg buff
logg buff 5000000 deb
no logg con
no logg mon
logg on
no logg trap
no logg source
do term no mon

Do a show logg to view the logs. If you still don't see anything, you need to check your network and the connectivity. If it is your lan, it's shouldn't be that complicated.

I made that but nothing appears in the debug but logs changed @R0g22

@Ahmed habib, why are you configured ephone-type 7811....it's for SCCP command no?

Have you got the type 7811 on the CME database? Or is it a mistake because you need to create a template not with ephone-type but voice register pool-type 7811

Best regards.

If this helps, please rate,

Ben

he already has a voice register pool for 7811. You can ignore the ephone-type.

Ok,

on your dhcp the option 42 is for NTP?

Then on your voice register global modify the ntp-server command with the good IP address.

We need the log @R0g22 ask for.
