cisco 7821 phone reset with keypad

i have a 7821 phone , installed mpp firmware,now i want to install sip firmware,how can i do?

i only have a router and an ip phone,

erase the phone to Factory setting and install new sip firmware.

No your cant do just like that, Its a process and there is some licenses involved,  read the below guide.
