Cisco 7821 Web Interface stuck Loading

Hello, I recently got a Cisco 7821 and hooked it up to POE. However, when I tried to load into the web interface, it keeps giving me a loading screen, and my credentials are correct. Can someone give me a explanation?

Try different browsers.  
Make sure ad-blockers are not enabled.

Hi,

Did you try to make a factory reset?

The phone is registered to a CUCM? Did you enabled the web interface at the phone config?
