why cisco sip phone 7841 not show the last call (history) when press the number such as prefix "9" , "0" like cisco 79xx , (Cisco 79xx , 69xx will show the list of last call that have the number i pressed automatic) , This phone can see the last call only in Settings >> Call History that's not good for my customer.
Phone firmware is : sip78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4
please suggest me and sorry for bad english grammar.

Hi,
I could not find any bug for this type of behavior. You can try the latest firmware for 7841 to see if it makes any diff

Else a TAC case is recommended.
