Hi everybody,
I'm configuring my Cisco 7841 with my TFTP server on my computer (OpenTFTP).
Once the phone is registered, I switch off my TFTP server, and if the phones reboots or get switched off, it tries to register again...
Is not a possibility to leave the configuration permanently, without having to leave the TFTP server?
Thanks in advance

Any phone running enterprise firmware intended for Cisco on-prem call control platforms will look for its XML config file every time it (re)boots by design. The file is also saved to NVRAM on the phone but that's just a locally cached copy for use during survivability scenarios. CUCM/CME maintains the XML files automatically for you. You should be using MPP firmware if you're registering to something else.

@Jonathan Schulenberg is correct.
The phone's configuration is stored temporarily. Every reboot the phone will reach out to the TFTP server and pull it's respective config.
