Hi,
Ive read many many of the other forum post re this but I cannot get the connection between my 7911g and computer to work. My phone is stuck in "upgrade" after doing a soft reset.
I have a pc connected (static ip address of 192.168.1.193) to a Netwgear switch (port 2), and then the phone connected to the switch (port 2). No other hardware on the switch.
I have installed tftp32 and loaded SCCP firmware v7.2(3) into the directory and setup the TFTP server (bound to that address)
I have also set up a DHCP server in TFTpd32 with the follow settings:
Ip pool start :192.168.1.1
Size : 600
Lease : 2880
Def Router : 192.168.1.193
Mask : 255.255.255.0
Additional Option 150 / 192.168.1.193
Ive also bound DHCP to 192.168.1.193
When I plug the phone into the switch I get some activity on viewshark (source ciscoInc_94:2b:b7) destination CDP/VTP/DTP/PAgP/UDCDP
There must be something obvious I'm doing wrong? Is anyone able to help?

After setting up tftp32 did you do full restore sequence so that phone start getting new firmware from your PC?
Did you try with this article:

You need to confirm the IP address which the phone is getting then check the reacability between the phone and tftp server. Also, you need to confirm that the phone receiving the right tftp server IP
