Please provide more details, first start by telling us what system are you registering it to, i.e. CUCM, CME, UC500, third party SIP providers, etc

Then you should probably seek assistance from Asterisk, the Cisco phone is a dummy device with no intelligence and all configuration is done on the call agent which in your case is Asterisk.  You need to figure out what needs to be done on Asterisk in order to make it work.  You might find someone here he has experience with Asterisk, but this forum is primarly geared towards Cisco call agents, i.e. CUCM/CME/etc.

I made a SIP trunk between CUCME and Asterisk
and I want to register my Cisco 7912 phone in Asterisk.

I managed to register the Cisco 7960 phone in Asterisk, but cisco 7912 can not.

I needed help with this problem
