Cisco 7925G , cisco 7975 & cisco 7965 directory services issue

   Dears , I am facing  directory issue on all of these sets excaept 7942 which is showing perfectly ..any help willl be higly appreciated.

are you using CUCM or CME.

What firmware you are using on those phones. .

What do you see when you press directory button on the ip phone??

In 7925G wireless phone .. it show us corporate directory after press search we found nothing.

In 7975 & 7965 phones ..when we press directory button we found only miscall received calls but there is no personel/corporate directory button.

1) Do you see Corporate Directory in Device>>>> Device settings>>>>> Phone service

2) What is there in directory url in enterprise parameter.

3) Have you used https for directory service in  ip phone configuration.
