We have about 100 conference phones which we migrated over from
1 location to the other but all on the same network. We have tried everything including factory reset and the conferencing devices will not go back to default. When we connect them to the network it says cannot connect to TFTP server but the correct TFTP server is in the devices. When we make a call from the device which it clearly connects its clalling from the default switchboard number. The device is registered in call manager to a specific user. What could be the issue or how can I resolve this.

The devices are EOL/EOS so couldnt open TAC case.
Actually, you have until June 23, 2011 to buy a new service contract for 7936 phones, and Cisco will support them until July 31, 2015.
This said, I do not believe you have to open any TAC case, and you only need to update the phone firmware, being patient and reading all the applicable documentation.

cop.sgn file would be extracted by the Upgrade/Install process, to install the various individual files on the system. Where can I get this file from?
