Solved: Cisco 7940/7960 SCCP firmware 8.1(1) is not available in cisco site

Hello all,

* Some of my 7940 ip phones has not booting and it shows "TFTP file not found" in the phone display.

* I found from the cisco community that I need "SCCP firmware 8.1(1)" to boot the phone, but I have firmware 8.1(2) in my CM.

I searched using the below link, but the download URL is direct to "NOT FOUND - the page was not found on this server".

How and where can I download the firmware?

Please help?

Those phone models got EOL long back. It will be difficult to get the firmware for those models. I recommend to replace the phones.
