Hi Guys,
I got a RMA for my Cisco 7941, phones and did a factory setting. Now phones is showing "upgrading" nothying moves forward and none of the key is active to any changes. if anybody support me to resolve this please.

You need to connect the phones to a properly configured CM, CME, or TFTP server so they can compelte the upgrade

Thanks, but the phones is now resetting after 5-10 second continuously....comeing as "Unprovisioned" ....

delete the entry for the phone in cucm and add it in again (do the factory reset again on the phone)

Seems the phone is running a SIP firmware.
Assign a DN to your phone or convert it to SCCP
