I have a Cisco ip phone 7942 running on SIP firmware, I was wondering if there was a way to setup an outbound dial tone, a secondary dial tone when you dial a prefix. I tried to use "<TEMPLATE MATCH="9[0-9]+" TIMEOUT="2" TONE="1"/>" but that caused a "1 Error(s) Parsing: Dialplan" error. So is there a way to have it so it has this outbound dial tone, and by the way, I do not have CUCM, I run off an on premise 3CX V18.0 server.
