Cisco 7942 Phone issue

Dear Members,

Im trying to reset the 7942 IP Phone which is getting stuck on some upgrade. its happening with all the 7942 Phone. Please advise how to fix the issue

You cant  download it from Cisco portal as this phone model crossed EOL long back and Cisco removed all the firmware for this product from the portal.

You might find in google.

I think you Brick the phone.

you need to load the firmware.search google you will find many threads related to this.

Can you please share the link to download the Firmware

Cisco.com > Support > Downloads, same as every other Cisco product. You’ll need SMARTnet coverage at least one phone and the contract associated to your profile to have download entitlement.

Since its a very old Model, dont have an acive contract for Download. Cam someone share a link to download the firmware
