hi
i want degrade my 7945 firware from 9 to 8.5.4
so i config a DHCP ,the option 150 to my computer,and my computer open a TFTP32 for TFTP server.
but the Phone can't degrade,it just down a term45.default.loads then stop .
i reset use 3491672850*# but now the phone is black screen...
i use SIP45.8-4-1S/SIP45.8-4-1SR2S and look at the TFTP,find it always download a term45.default.loads
who can help me

Black screen means its unable to get files from your tftp, either unable to connect to TFTP or you dont have correct files in your tftp directory.
Make sure your phone has connectivity to TFTP. Check from logs if anythings shows up there. Also make sure you download the zip file from Cisco site and put all the files in there.

the phone can connect to TFTP ,i can see the phone download term45.default.loads form my TFTP server
i use the firmware cmterm-7945_7965-sip.8-4-1SR2.zip and cmterm-7945_7965-sip.8-4-1.zip

I have same problem.
It can up firmware version 9 but can't downgrade version 8.
