Hello all, I have a Cisco 7945 registered on the CUCM but client complains that oftentimes when he places a call, the timer starts reading before the call answered.
Please how do i resolve this.

Is this only for certain calls, or for all calls? I wonder if some calls go to something that actually connects to an annunciator or similar so that at the low level the call is connected, but just not yet picked up by the final person.
