I have been trying to figure out why my phones are losing their IP addresses and rebooting and grabbing a new IP
despite having infinite lease set on the IOS DHCP server. I did notice in the console log on the phone itself reference 3
to a bugtrap. Cisco's debug interpreter did not recognize this.
Any thoughts?

You are probably hitting the bug CSCtj79853 : memory leak leading to kernel panic and phone reboots
Please upgrade the phone firmware to 9.1.1 to fix this issue.
