Hi,
For past few days we are facing some issues on our IP Phones configured with SIP Extensions (Server: Elastix). The configured extensions are located in a remote location connected over IPSec VPN. We are able to ping all the phones but only one phone is working.
All other phones are giving errors CALLING OUT INV while dialing extensions and not appearing as valid SIP Extensions under Elastix management.
So far following remedies have been done but unable to resolve the issue
- Factory Reset
- Changing Extensions
NAT is set to NO on Elastix
Network Type set to: PC
IP Address: Static / DHCP
TFTP: not defined
