Cisco 7965 ip phone background image not coming

I have few 7965 phones in which few phones i am gettign the background image (uploaded via Tftp) in few its not coming.I restrated tftp services crosschecked fone settings there is no change found how i can get the image in fones.

A few things to check / try:

>> check the database replication status, should be 2 for all nodes

>> swap a working and non working phone

>> Delete and re-add one of the phones to see if it helps

>> Erase the ITL/CTL file on one of the non-working phones

Are the working vs. non-working phones pointing to the same TFTP server?

Take a look at the phone console log (access via phone IP address) as the logs provide good view into what is happening with the background wall papers and may provide clues.
