Cisco 8821 contact list lost after upgrade (Personal Address Book)

Hi,

I recently migrated from old cucm 9.x to New CUCM 10.x and also phones firmware was upgraded. I just saw an issue where my 8821 Cisco Wireless Phones lost their personal address book. I upgraded 8821 to the version sip8821.11-0-3SR1-1. Is that a bug or any solution how to restore lost contacts on the phone.

Hi Anish,

I could not find any bug specific to this behavior on this 8821 firmware version. Are you able to access the PAB and Speed Dials features from the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal? if its not available anywhere then the entries will need to be entered manually again.
