Wonder if anyone else has encountered issues with 8821 phones dropping calls when an active call is put on hold. Sometimes the fault can only be replicated when the call is put on hold and retrieved multiple times.

Are you running latest firmware as these models were rushed out with many bugs that are being addressed with firmware updates?
