Hi, We have both Cisco 8851 (desk phone) and Cisco 8821 (wireless phone) configured for our front desk receptionist. When she receives a call on her desk phone and answers it, her wireless phone keeps ringing nonstop. This issue just recently started.
Thanks!

Good. Not turn off WMM on the WiFi.

What is the firmware version of the 8821?

Leo, thank you so much. Your suggestions worked. Upgraded firmware to 11.0(6)SR2. Following the firmware upgrade, on the WIFI under the WiFi Multimedia (WMM) section, we disabled Traffic Specification (TSPEC) and WiFi Multimedia Power Save (U-APSD). These were the only two items enabled in this section.

Oh, f**k! This bug is as worst than I thought.
Contact Cisco TAC and get them to confirm if this is CSCvw67752.

Everything is working fine now. Do I still need to contact TAC?
Yes, please do. TAC needs to verify if you are hitting the same bug or a brand new one.
