Cisco 8831 phone not getting registered with CUCME 11.6

I am trying to register 8831 phone with CUCME 11.6 

Below is my config. But the phone is not getting registering. Any ideas !!!

Is your dhcp setup for option 150 to point to the IP of the CME router?

Yes it is setup correctly

Guys any suggestions for this!!!!

Did you no create the profile and then create the profile to get the config file made?  Did you run a debug tftp to see if the phone is grabbing the config files or if it is asking for something it can't find?
