Cisco 8841 softkey template not working

Hello Team,

I newly setup CUCM System version: 12.0.1.10000-10. Already added 4 phones on cisco 884I and need to add Do not disturb button(DND) for soft key option. I changed the default soft key template and reset the device but it's not displaying.

And i change bellow setting also.

To see whether your phones use Feature Control Policy or Softkey Templates by default, you can look at "Enterprise Phone Configuration" and look for the field "Softkey Control".

Please let me know any advice..

I would strongly suggest to create a new softkey template (leaving the default as is) and assing it to a certain phone for testing
