Has anyone encountered an issue with the 8845 phones where the background light won't turn off? The phone has not settings to set the background screen time so I assume it will get the phone idle off setting on CUCM. Thanks!

It happens to all 8845 phones. The phone off idle timeout on the phone is 60. I will check if there is a phone common profile.
