Cisco 8845 Headset + Headphones Parallel Operation

Hello Community,

Is there a chance that a Cisco 8845 can support simultaneous operation of a headset and headphones to support 2 users being on a call on the same line, without using the open speaker?

Is there any other way, I thought of Meetme, but this way a phone should be always joined-in on a MeetMe call.

I don't believe this is possible. There was previously a setting called Handset/Headset Monitor for some of the older phones. It has since been removed. One option would be to using a training adapter/splitter. See the following link.
