is the debug below from an outbound call made by 042356820?
the Q931 debug, whicg shows 042356820 as the calling number. so what is being displayed on the called party? not 042356820?

+ Yes, debug is when i called from 6820 extension.
+ Display number is pilot number (043613333)

If I am not wrong you are trying to state that whenever you call out to PSTN from extension 6820 [which masked as 042356820 ] the caller ID on called PSTN phone displays 043613333 [which is the pilot number].
In this case I would suggest you to involve provider, reason being the caller ID in the Q.931 set up message which is being sent out to the provider and is absolutely correct as below.
Calling Party Number i = 0x0181, '042356820'
HTH
