Cisco 8861 3pcc asking for non standard files via TFTP?

I have the TFTP server working with the Cisco 8861.  I looked in the log of solarwinds TFTP Server and notice the phone is trying to pull the following two files. 

1. 8861-3pcc.xml

2. (MACADDRESS).cfg

I was under the impression the phone should pull SEP(MACADDRESS).cnf.xml.  

This phone use to be on Nextiva.  I want to switch to FREEPBX.  Can anyone help?

You need the phone running what is now called Enterprise firmware, not 3PCC or MPP - what it would use to register to Cisco call control such as CUCM or CME. That’s the only time it uses SEP nomenclature.

Is there a way to reflash these phones?

Downloaded the firmware to upgrade phone.  Phone picks up the LOADS file and fails.  Any suggestions?
