Hi! I have with me a Cisco 8861 3PW and when trying to connect to the web server address, it is stuck in a loop. I am trying to see if there is a way to get this fixed so I can use the phone.

I faced the same issue, I tried it with a different browser by turning off adblockers.

You might be running a very old firmware,
Please try upgrading using action Example:
http://10.1.1.1/admin/upgrade?http://my_upgrade_server.com/loads/sip88xx.11.0.0MP2.123.loads
Please upgrade to the latest load available on CCO
