One way audio or no audio are most of the times due to routing issues, RTP flows directly between endpoints. This is not something end users can troubleshoot or fix, your IT department should be the one investigating and fixing this. If whoever you're working with has no idea, escalate your case, have them reach out to a reputable consultant or have them open a TAC case with Cisco.

Have you checked if the Mics are detected by your Jabber/CIPC ?

If its oneway audio as Jame mentioned, only  your IT team can resolve it. If they cant reach out to Cisco tac if you have valid support contract.
