Hi people,
Usually when i did configure a cisco phone i tape the info on the call manager (maccaddres, extension number, extension name, etc.) and when i put the phone on lan he went to looking for the call manager, the call manager sent to the phone the info and "voila" we have a new phone connect.
Now, with a 8865 we did the same, but he said "scan qr code to activate"
We we find this QR code?

Newly manufactured phones comes with 11.0 firmware which is capable of registering phones to MRA/Spark cloud or to on-premise CUCM. When phone received TFTP server IP, Phone changes its service mode to On-Premise which is either entered manually or DHCP configured, When phone don’t have TFTP Server IP phone prompts for activation code or service domain.

I also have this activation code requirement on my new cisco 8865 phone. How do i get it fixed.
