Cisco 8865 external call problem

Hello!

I have a problem with my 8865 phones at cucm 8.1. I have a h323 gw with E1 channel for external calls.

When I call from 8865 to mobile phone it's try to initiate video call. It's workaround here, if I change "video capabilities" to Disabled, I have no problems. But I need video option for internal calls. Some types of mobile phones, like samsung, can understand request for video call and try to setup video, but when I try to call on iphone device it always drop connection. I don't understand what type of signalisation can initiate video call to external device and how can I disable it, and keep video for internal calls?

Add "bearer-cap speech" on the E1 voice-port on the GW.

You need to add the following to your voice port configuration to keep video from trying to pass.

"bearer-cap speech"
