Cisco 8865 Not Connecting to WIFI

I bought an 8865 to use with Zoom Phone. I tried connecting to the WIFI and it wouldn't connect. I tried connecting it to my cell phone as a hot spot but that didn't work either. Am I doing something wrong?

The 8865 phones are designed to be used with CUCM or (with 3PCC firmware) with a third-party PBX. You can probably get the 8865 to connect to the wireless, but it will need to register to something.
