I am have an issue with some 8865 phones. When the user make a video call, the image color it's kind of green. I already try change the video settings --> Exposure. But nothing has change. What can I do to solve this problem? The photo attached shows the same image from a 8865 phone (right) and from a 9971 (left) so you can see the difference.
