This phone :Cisco 8945 (SIP) ip phone works  at the HQ office. But when one of our home-office users take it home it does not work.  It gets stuck on Phone not registerd.

It's Running on CUCM 7.0

It gets an IP address from the Linksys Router.

I have configured port forwarding for ports 5060 and 5061

Still no success!

Any Idea on this issue?

Loesalcie:

Thanks.

Here is the entire scenario

1. Cisco 8945 - with sip 9-3-1-18 load

2. Configgured for UC Proxy

3. Phone fails to register at the remote site

3. remote site has a linksys rrouter

4. Port forwarding was configured for SIP ports 5060 and 5061

5. Other phone works at the site, for example 7965 with SCCP load.

6. CUCM version is 7.0

Hi,

Could you reach the phone from the CUCM server?

Does the phone received Option 150 (TFP Server) from DHCP Server?

Yes the phone works locally and option 150 is confiugred on the dhcp sever.

Alternate TFTP is pointing to Public IP address of the CUCM
