Dear all,
iDivert function is not working when my Cisco 8961 phone is ringing.
However, the function is in my softkey template for ringing state. I have only Answer button when ringing.
Do you already encounter this issue?

Hi
1- Go to Device > Device Settings > Feature Control Policy > Hit Add New. 2- Name it and on the Feature Control Section select Divert (Alerting) and Divert (Connected) and enable them > Hit save 3- Go to Device > Device Settings > Common Phone Profile > Standard Common Phone Profile > Select the Feature Control Policy that you created. 4- Go to Device > Phone > Select the phone and make sure that phone has the Common Phone Profile selected > reset the phone.

The button is displaying on the phone but when I press it, I have the message : the key is not active.

What is the version of CUCM and Firmware in IP phone.
Also do you have VM assiciated to this ip phone user.

CUCM is 8.0.3.20000-2 and phone firmware is 9.2.3.27.
What do you mean by VM?

" Key is not active" error comes when —The voice-messaging profile of the user who pressed iDivert does not have a
voice-messaging pilot.
What value do you have in "Voice Mail Profile" of the line configuration. Also do you have voice mail setup for this ip phone.
