Cisco 9951 firmware download status unknown

9951 shows the following in UCM 8.6.2

Active Load ID          sip9951.9-3-1-33

Inactive Load ID          sip9951.9-2-4-19

Download Status          Unknown

but 9971 shows:

Active Load ID          sip9971.9-3-1-33

Inactive Load ID          sip9971.9-3-2-10

Download Status          Successful

Everything seems to work fine with the 9951 just wondering why it shows Unknown

This is shown as a Severity - 4 Minor bug

CSCtr08964 - ALL-LANG: 99xx/8961: Download Status is displayed as "Unknown".
