Hi,
I'm running CUCM 9.1. When a call arrive Cisco 9971 is not displayed the Divert option to transfer the call to voicemail manually. I have read this option is only available using Softkey but how can I add this option if Softkey on Cisco 9971 can't be modfy? Am I losing something?

Hi Leo,
I thought the access to this Softkey was controlled via the
Feature Control Policies Maybe you could check there.
Device > Device Settings > Feature Control Policy
.
